The intent of the contract isto provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the work described. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise goal of 8.83% Project No. 9449423 Phase 1 Work consists of asphalt milling, crack repair, an asphalt overlay, and temporary pavement markings along runway 17/35 and taxiway connector. The duration of phase 1 is 25 working days. Phase 2 Work consists of asphalt milling, crack repair, and an asphalt overlay on the apron. The duration of phase 2 is 10 working days. Phase 3 Work consists of new MIRLs, threshold lights, runway end lights, new regulator and vault, as well as replacing and relocating the beacon. The duration of phase 3 is 40 working days. Phase 4 After a 30-day working holding period, work consists of permanent pavement markings along Runway 17/35, the taxiway connector, and apron and the installation of new apron tie downs.
