The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB), in partnership with MDOT are seeking professional proposals for Phases 100 - 700 to address electrical issues / concerns at the two (2) locations noted above. The intent is to have one professional contract for both locations, and at construction, there will be two (2) separate construction bids. Investigate and determine where surge protection devices (SPD) need to be installed to prevent lightning strikes and utility company voltage fluctuations from causing electrical disruption and physical damage to electrical system(s), building and contents.
