SCOPE OF SERVICES: ONE WEEK OF PLUMBING SERVICES Provide licensed and experienced plumbing labor to assist with connecting temporary plumbing services and the eventual dismantling of those temporary services for an event in the facility. The labor assistance requested consists of three - (3) journeyman plumbers, from Monday May 5, 2025, through Sunday May 11, 2025, for 8-hours each day. All materials are on-site. Bidder shall provide tools required to perform the work, which are typical hand tools, crescent wrench, channel locks, nut drivers, etc. Location of Services: Huntington Place Convention Center One Washington Blvd, Detroit, Mi 48022 Question Deadline 04/01/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No DRCFA reserves the right to reject any and all quotations, to request interviews, award to more than one firm, or award a portion of the quotation. DRCFA reserves the right to cancel the Contract at any time. DRCFA payment terms are net 30.
