Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Superior, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Superior, Wisconsin is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the East 5th Street Reconstruction Project. The work under this project generally consists of watermain reconstruction, storm sewer reconstruction, bituminous roadway reconstruction, concrete curb and gutter, and concrete sidewalk replacement. This project is partially funded by a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and by the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Local Roads Improvement Program (LRIP). Project to be completed by October 17, 2025. All prospective bidders/respondents are hereby notified to contact only members of the City of Superior Staff as identified within the bidding documents. The City of Superior reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive irregularities, or to accept such bids/proposals, as in the opinion of the City, will be in its best interests. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, Minority-Owned, and Woman-Owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The City of Superior is an equal opportunity employer.
