The Elbridge Water Association will be soliciting bids for the Elbridge SCADA System, located in Elbridge, Tennessee. The Elbridge SCADA System is a utility improvement project with several functions for the Elbridge, Tennessee community. The Project consists of the installation of a new SCADA system at the Elbridge Water plant, 5 storage tank locations, and booster station locations. This project is being supported by the American Rescue Plan Act, Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Fund grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements attach to this opportunity. A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of his bid and shall, before entering on the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of the Elbridge Water Association. Bids must be submitted with envelope label (provided in the bid documents) affixed to the front of the envelope. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
