1. Address of the site is 115 Dick Huff Ln., Verona VA 24482, Augusta County Fire and Rescue Training Office. This location is within the Augusta County Government Center complex located at 18 Government Center Ln. Verona VA 24482. 2. Work is to be performed in accordance with applicable rules, regulations, codes, and ordinances of local, state, and federal authorities. Obtain necessary permits from the Building Inspection Department of the County of Augusta. Note that there are no permit fees for work on County owned buildings. Request inspections and provide inspection results, as required. 3. Window for work to be completed will be from 4-29-2025 through 7-31-2025. 4. Staging area will be located along the east side of the building. Size to be determined during a preconstruction meeting with the Owner/Agent and the Contractor awarded the project. 5. All work shall be scheduled and executed without exposing the interior building areas to the effects of inclement weather. The building and its contents shall be protected against all risks, and any damages shall be repaired or replaced at no cost to the County. All exterior lighting, equipment, landscaping and paving shall be protected from damage. ACFR Training Roof Replacement The County of Augusta is seeking a Class A Contractor to complete improvements in accordance with the approved plans titled Augusta County - ACFR Training - Roof Replacement Project. Review Lowest Bid: April 18, 2025 Notice to Proceed: April 29, 2025 Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall achieve Final Completion within thirty (30) days after the date of Substantial Completion.
