Renovation of a municipal facility in Verona, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,332-square-foot municipal facility.

Size: Total area is approximate and in seven (7) different hallways throughout the building as follows o * Employee Entrance - approx. 598 sq. ft. o * Real Estate Hallway - approx. 420 sq. ft o * Elevator Hallway - approx. 737 sq. ft o Dock Area - approx. 382 sq. ft. o Back Hallway/HR - approx. 246 sq. ft. o Back Hallway/Commissioner - approx. 289 sq. ft. o Treasurer/IT Hallway - approx. 660 sq. ft. APPROX. TOTAL SQ. FT. - 3332 Any of these methods of delivery must be completed by the 2pm deadline on Monday, November 4 2024. Please include "Attn: Lacy Stajduhar - Government Center VCT Replacement". Note: If using USPS this document will need to be delivered by the deadline time and day. Post mark dates are not considered Timeline: The first day of work can proceed on August 4, 2025 and will need to be completed by Tuesday September 30, 2025.
