Shenandoah Valley Social Services- Janitorial Cleaning All requests for additional information should be provided in writing by means of a Pre-Bid Question Form attached to this Invitation to Bid. The Pre-Bid Question Form must be directed to the Bid Officer. Review Initial Lowest Bid April 29, 2025 Notice of Intent to Award April 30, 2025 Notice to Award May 12, 2025 The contract shall consist of a (1) one year term with the option to renew for four (4) additional terms of one (1) year each, by mutual agreement of the County, Shenandoah Valley Social Services and the successful bidder. Contract costs will be based on firm fixed prices. Question Deadline 04/16/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions concerning specifications or other provisions in this Invitation to Bid shall be submitted on Attachment C (Pre Bid Question Form) to the Purchasing Agent or his designated appointee. Sealed bids received after the date and hour identified are automatically disqualified, and will not be considered. The County of Augusta does not accept proposals delivered via USPS, FEDEX or UPS on weekends, holidays or outside of our normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Bids shall be submitted on the form furnished, and must bear an original signature by an individual authorized to bind the company submitting the bid. Bid submittal must be sealed, enclosed in two (2) envelopes, outer/inner, both of which shall be sealed and clearly labeled so as to indicate the Bidders name and Bid Number IFB #112301-25-01 to guard against accidental opening prior to the specified bid opening time. The County on behalf of Shenandoah Valley Social Services further reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigations of, such Bidder fails to satisfy the County on behalf of Shenandoah Valley Social Services that such Bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to complete the work/furnish the item(s)contemplated therein. The County requests that the Contractor must supply a Certificate of Insurance and be licensed to conduct business in Augusta County.
