TIMELINE: The city has chosen Brokenhead Ojibway Nation to develop a 144-unit apartment at this site with 50% of the units being affordable units. The owner has initiated & submitted applications for subdivision & rezoning which will be reviewed at Standing Policy Committee on Property & Development Regular Meeting on December 5, 2025. Future application for plan approval is required. Updates may be available late spring 2026.
