The City invites proposals for FTC Device Inspection and Maintenance Services. The City is required by the MRP to maintain and assure the functioning of its citywide inventory of Stateapproved FTC devices by conducting inspections and maintaining them at specified frequencies, as well as keeping records of the inspections and services performed. The City invites proposals from qualified vendors to fulfill these requirements. The selected proposer will plan, organize and perform inspections and maintenance services of initially, approximately 700 City-owned public FTC devices at citywide locations. The citywide public FTC inventory is expected to increase by 50 to 70 devices each fiscal year over the next five years. 468 devices are currently serviced 4x per year (public right-of-way) and another 102 devices are serviced 2x per year (streetside public bioretention cells). Inspect and service approximately 700 devices in fiscal year 2025-2026, up to four (4) times for each device. Starting in contract term year 2 (FY 2026-2027), an additional 50- 70 devices shall be added to the service scope each fiscal year, each new device shall also be serviced up to four (4) times each fiscal year.
