The City of Alameda will accept sealed bids for its Harbor Bay Business Park Bus Stop and Ferry Terminal Improvements Project. This Project includes but is not limited to, performing the following work: Furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, except as herein specified; and doing all work associated with the work to be performed under these specifications. The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to mobilizing, traffic and pedestrian control to manage and close off work areas from pedestrians and parking, water pollution prevention and control during construction activities; removing, modifying, and constructing shuttle bus stops; concrete improvements including removing and installing sidewalks, curb ramps, curb and gutter; asphalt improvements; installing and relocating street furniture; removing existing striping, markings, and signage; installing striping, marking, and signage; adjusting utilities to final grade; and modifying existing landscaping.
