As of October 08, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on October 21, 2025. The Project includes, but is not limited to, performing the following Work: Furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, except as herein specified; and doing all work associated with the construction and site improvements for Estuary Park Phase 2, the eastern 3.8-acre public park phase of the larger 7.63-acre Estuary Park. (Estuary Park was planned in two almost equally sized phases, Phase 1 being the western four-acre athletic fields-oriented portion of the park completed in 2018.) Planned as an inclusive community park space, the work for Estuary Park Phase 2 includes, but is not limited to: an inclusive childrens playground complete with play equipment, picnic areas with a shade structure and barbecue grills, a prefabricated 6-unit all-gender concrete restroom building*, asphalt paved full court basketball court and Bankshot courts, fenced-in pickleball courts, concrete pathways, open lawn area, large- and small- fenced in dog park areas, planted and mulched landscaped areas, complete with stormwater treatment areas, park and pathway lighting, barrier fences as appropriate, a paved parking area with infrastructure to support future electric vehicle charging stations, a central trash enclosure, drinking fountains, trash, organics, and recycling bins, and bike racks. The General Contractor shall possess a valid Class B Contractors License issued by the California Contractors State License Board for this Project.
