Island City Development is requesting bids from qualified firms to provide landscaping services for two new multi-family development properties, Estuary I & Linnet Corner, located at 500 Mosley Avenue, Alameda, CA 94501 and 2000 Lakehurst Circle, Alameda, CA respectively as well as services for adjacent streets and bare lots. Landscaping services must be in alignment with requirements listed below, as applicable.
