Renovation of a parking garage in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
As of June 6, 2025, the project was awarded to Eagle Contracting & Landscaping, Inc., with an awarded amount of $243,097.50. Any certified DB's proposed by the contractor must be fully utilized with adequate documentation provided by the selected contractor to satisfy state requirements. A DB goal of 0% has been established for the prime contract. State Prevailing Wage Rates are required for this project. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all applicable Non-Discrimination and Non- Collusion laws and regulations to certify that they are not on the Comptrollers General's list of ineligible contractors or are federally disbarred. Elizabethtown Borough solicits and encourages Diverse Business (DB) participation. A DB goal of 0% has been established for the prime contract. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all applicable EEO laws and regulations. Elizabethtown Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids. .
