2025- Lawn Care/Maintenance- Mow all lawns as needed in order to keep the grass looking neat (less than 3 inches in length) as well as trimming along any sidewalks, driveways, buildings, etc. at the Wyoming County Seneca Park, 911/EMA building, Robinson building and the old AG building on Route 92. Must have a mulching mower or ensure the grass clippings will be bagged and disposed of. Equipment will not be provided by the County. Approximate lawn acreage is: Wyoming County Seneca Park-8.62acres 911/EMA building-3.53 acres Robinson building-.30 acres Old AG building-8.75 acres Bids should be calculated per cutting to include all 4 parcels. Any questions regarding the project or bid specifications shall be directed to the Chief Clerk, Amber Franko, at the address above or by calling 570-996-2223 no later than10:00 am on April 4, 2025. A written memorandum or addendum, if necessary, will be issued the following day answering and/or addressing all questions from potential bidders submitted. Bids must be submitted upon the forms furnished by the County and pursuant to contract instructions contained in the Bidding Documents. Except for Bids properly withdrawn prior to the opening of Bids, no Bidder may withdraw his Bid until sixty days after the date of opening of Bids. The right is reserved by Wyoming County to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or defects or to accept the Bid that, in the judgment of the Wyoming County Commissioners, will be in its best interest.
