*As of July 9, 2025 this project has been awarded to American Asphalt for $336,403.50. 2025 Paving Project for T-399 Brookside Road The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of bid, made payable to the Municipality. A 100% performance bond and a liability insurance certificate will be required from the awarded contractor. The Tunkhannock Township Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in the best interest of the Township. Prevailing Wage rates are applicable.
