The City of Upper Arlington is seeking Street Light Poles. The City of Upper Arlington encourages all businesses, including minority and women-owned businesses to respond. Question Deadline 04/03/2025 at 8:00 AM ET Each change or addenda issued in relation to this bid document will be on file in the Office of the Division of Purchasing no less than two {2} working days prior to the scheduled bid opening date and will be posted online. Total bid inquiry or specific item cancellations may be issued later than the time specified. Any additional conditions, limitations, or provisions attached to the bid may result in rejection of the bid. Each bid must contain the full name and address of a person representing the bidder and has authority to bind the bidder in contracts. Failure to submit the entire bid proposal may result in rejection of the bid. If a Bid is submitted online, the Bid Tabulation will be available as soon as reasonably possible after the bid opening. Prices shall be quoted F.O.B. Columbus Ohio. Bidder must state the proposed delivery date on the quote. Time will be of the essence for any orders placed as a result of this bid. The City reserves the right to cancel such orders, or any part thereof, without obligations, if delivery is not made within the time specified. Delivery shall be made during normal City working hours and to the destination shown on the proposal. No bid bond is required for this contract. No performance bond is required for this contract. Any Bid submitted by a Bidder to the City of Upper Arlington will be accepted or rejected within a period of sixty (60) days from the bid opening date. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities, and to request a rebid on the required material. If more than one item, prices shall be quoted on the units requested. However, each item shall be considered a separate bid and the City reserves the right to award a contract on each item separately, on all items as a whole, or in any combination of items. Bidders whose bid is made on an "All or None" basis must clearly state such fact in their bid. The bidder to whom an award is made will be required to execute a written contract with the City of Upper Arlington within ten (10) days after receiving such contract for execution. A contract is not considered valid, until it is signed by the City Manager. The Information to Bidders contains contract terms which supersede any other terms in the agreement, other than the required contract terms.
