The City of La Vergne ("City") will receive at La Vergne City Hall for the Ballfield Lighting Repair and Maintenance. This Invitation to Bid is subject to the instructions, conditions, specifications, addenda, and any other elements of this Invitation to Bid, including those incorporated by reference. Bid date notes: Bids submitted by fax or electronically cannot be accepted or considered for award. Sealed bids are required. All responses must be received and acknowledged in the Purchasing Agents Office on or before the day and time listed, at which time all submissions will be publicly opened and read aloud.
