Reference Number 0000381240 The City of Thornton is seeking Proposals from Service Providers to provide Traffic Signal Repairs, Installation, Modifications and Services on an on-call, as-needed basis under an open-ended, 5-year, General Service Agreement. Project Description: Thornton is seeking Proposals from Service Providers to provide Traffic Signal Repairs, Installation, Modifications and Services on an on-call, as-needed basis under an open-ended General Service Agreement. Thornton reserves the right to award to multiple Service Providers. Nothing herein guarantees any minimum amount of work to any Service Provider. Thornton requires one or more firms to perform these traffic signal services as may be required by Thornton's Traffic or other Departments. Work under this agreement will be issued and performed under Task Assignments. The Agreement shall terminate on December 31st, 2030, unless sooner terminated by Thornton's issuance of a Termination Notice. Rate adjustments may be re-negotiated on an annual basis upon request. Rate adjustments are limited to no greater than the increase in the Denver Boulder-Greeley Consumer Price Index as published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics or as negotiated between the Parties.
