This project will renovate, as required, the functions within the Chapel and the Waiting Area of the Outpatient Mental Health at the second floor to significantly improve the aesthetics and functionality of both areas. Contractor period of performance shall be 730 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The magnitude of construction is: Between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000, in accordance with Veteran Affairs Acquisition Regulation 836.204 (f)(2). The SOLICITATION will be issued on or about April 8, 2025. All information for this solicitation will be posted at SAM.gov. All interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management SAM.GOV and must be certified SDVOSB and verified in SBA s VetCert program database (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/) before the solicitation due date.
