Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development; and warehouse / distribution facility.

Setterlin is the Design-Builder for the State of Ohio warehouse, office, and computer facility located at 4200 Surface Road on the west side of Columbus. This project requires us to replace and upgrade the exterior closure. Trades involved will be Masonry, Steel, General Trades, Metal Siding, Air Barrier Membrane, Roofing, Temporary Walls, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. The base bid replaces the metal siding exterior wall and roof. An alternate excavates around the exterior wall, installs a new foundations, and constructs a CMU wall which ties into the window and door openings and at the roof. HVAC and Electric trades will be utilized by removing and replacing or capping mechanical and electrical appurtenances that extend from the exterior siding.
