MCK Apron and Pavement Summary: This contract will reconstruct the concrete apron that is north of the McKinley Ave. and Central Ave. intersection, as well as reconstruct the North Test Track roadway. This includes but is not limited to demolition of all pavement and aggregate base, preparation of the soil subgrade, cement-stabilization at N. Test Track, aggregate base preparation, and installation of new concrete pavement at both locations. Working hours for this project will be 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and performed on regular time unless approved by COTA or the Owner's Representative (Resource International, Inc. 2. Scope of Work - The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, tools and supplies to complete the demolition and reconstruction of the areas, as well as manage and maintain all traffic as required by and in accordance with the Bid Documents. The bid shall be complete and inclusive of all required work.
