Question Submission Deadline: April 20, 2025, 5:00pm Question Response Deadline: April 22, 2025, 5:00pm Scope of Work The proposer is asked to define the approach and the specific scope of work and methodology to achieve the objectives presented in this Request for Proposals ("RFP"). The proposer should include a refined scope of work by developing a detailed description of all project tasks, both those suggested in this RFP and any changes, additions or recommendations proposed. In summary, basic services shall be to perform engineering tasks relating to review of wireless facility applications received by the City. The selected organization(s) will provide the full range of services necessary to perform the Independent Consultant Review outlined in the City's Personal Wireless Service Facilities Ordinance, MCC Section 38-112.4(I), including: oCoordinating with the City and contract planner who is responsible for reviewing permit applications for completeness; oEvaluating radio frequency reports for compliance with applicable standards; oReviewing documents in a timely manner to assist the City in meeting the "shot clock" deadlines for applications; oEvaluating the applicability, reliability and/or sufficiency of analyses or methodologies used by the applicant to reach conclusions about any issue within this scope; oAddressing any other issue that requires expert or specialized knowledge identified by the City Manager or designee; and oPresenting to decision makers at public hearings, as needed.
