Concourse Park Colonnade Repairs Project Base Bid consists of stabilization, repairs, and new work related to the historic Juliet balcony; selective demolition; metal painting; repairs to Asphalt flooring at the Colonnade interior; Stone replacement; Stone repointing; sealants; new iron guard railing; masonry cleaning; masonry repairs; graffiti removal; historic clay roof tile repairs and replacement; new copper flashing and counterflashing; new copper gutter and repairs; new downspouts and splash blocks; and all related work. Reference Unit Prices for Base Bid items. Alternate Bids consist of 12 separate scopes of work as defined in the Alternates - REBID bid document. Provide all installations necessary for a complete project and completion of all related work, labor, equipment, materials, and all installations per the manufacturers' requirements, drawings, and bid documents.
