The City of Syracuse seeks professional engineering services to complete design and construction phase consulting services for "The Sedgwick Combined Sewer Separation Project". The City of Syracuse is hereby requesting Licensed Professional Engineers to submit qualification packages in response to this Request for Qualifications to conduct design and construction phase consulting services. Minority and Women Business Enterprise firms are encouraged to respond. This project covers the Eastwood and Sedgwick Neighborhoods in the City of Syracuse, bounded by Grant Blvd. and Coughlin Ave. to the north; Wendell Terrace and Sedgwick Drive to the west; Mariposa Street, Melrose Ave., and Burnet Ave. to the south; and Boston Street, Nichols Ave., and Rigi Ave. to the east. The existing neighborhoods are comprised of older style city homes on small densely covered lots. It is the intent of the City of Syracuse to enter into an agreement with the selected consultant to complete design, construction support and inspection services for The Sedgwick Combined Sewer Separation Project.
