The work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of Project Number 151191/1497, titled CWB Replace RTU-1 & ACCU-4 Cooling Equipment and carry out all of the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents. The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: The removal and replacement of the existing RTU-1, CRAC-4 located in the server room and the associated roof mounted ACCU4. This includes all electrical, plumbing, fire protection and architectural work required to support the equipment replacement. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 180 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed.
