Quarterly HVAC Maintenance of Liebert/Vertiv Equipment. Check air filters and blower belts changing both annually. Check blower motors fan sheaves for wear, lubricate bearings as required. Check all refrigerant levels, while verifying proper refrigeration charge, and having no leaks. Check condenser fan motors for proper operation and condenser coils for cleanliness. Check reheats for proper operation, and contactors for wear and pitting. Check voltage and amperage draw for all loads. Check all operating safeties for proper operation. Provide 24/7 emergency service within a 4-hour response time, including weekends and all Holidays. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
