This Invitation for Bids ("IFB") is issued by the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets ("AGM" or "the Department") to invite qualified bidders ("Bidders" or "Respondents") to submit proposals for the design, production, delivery, and, if requested, installation and/or removal of signage for the annual Great New York State Fair ("State Fair"). The objective of this IFB is to retain a Contractor to design, produce/manufacture, deliver, and, if requested, install and/or remove signage for the annual State Fair. The contract resulting from this IFB will commence on June 1, 2025 and end on March 31, 2027 ("Term"). The Fairgrounds are located at 581 State Fair Boulevard in Syracuse, New York (Town of Geddes, Onondaga County). The property is a 375-acre site owned and operated by AGM which is home to the annual State Fair. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6%. Business entities awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: Pinpoint Promotions & Printing, LLC Charles Signs, Inc. Contract term: 1 year 9 months.
