The apparent low Bidder will be invited to a pre-award conference tentatively scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Thursday, April 24th, 2025, at 1947 Center Street, 5th Floor, Berkeley, CA. Cesar Chavez Park Perimeter Pathway Improvement Project. Work includes but is not limited to, repaving the perimeter pathway, full depth reclamation, constructing header board, crusher fine shoulder, repairing rock slope protection, building concrete pads for site amenities, and minor utility adjustments to grade. The specifications and selection process are summarized in this invitation for bid (IFB). Bids must be received no later than 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 10th, 2025. All responses must be in a sealed envelope and have "Cesar Chavez Park Perimeter Pathway Improvement Project" and "Specification No. 25-11702-C" clearly marked on the outer most mailing envelope. The City retains the right to award all or parts of this contract to several bidders, to not select any bidders, and/or to re-solicit proposals.
