The Albany County Board of County Commissioners by and through the Albany County Grants Department (County) will accept written proposals from qualified Historic Preservation Consultants for the writing of a National Register of Historic Places nomination for the historic Lincoln Monument in Albany County, Wyoming. The purpose of the project is to conduct thorough background research to complete the National Register listing process for the Monument. This project will further the preservation of the property by providing historic preservation recommendations to the Wyoming Department of Transportation and the Division of State Parks and Cultural Resources.
