Site work and paving for a civil project in Laramie, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

City of Laramie, Wyoming will receive electronic bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, appliances, transportation, and services necessary to complete the Wyoming Avenue Project Phase 2: Street and Water Line Improvements Project as called for in the Project Manual and generally described as follows: Street, water, and storm water improvements will be constructed along Wyoming Avenue and Colorado Avenue. Work associated with these improvements includes upsizing the existing water mains, relocating water mains and services, road pavement, addition of sidewalks, and constructing storm water inlets and pipes. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond with sufficient surety, for not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of such bid, payable to, and to be forfeited to, the City of Laramie as liquidated damages if bidder fails to enter into contract within thirty (30) days after award to him, or fails, at the time of executing the agreement, to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. Facsimile (fax) or other copies of bonds are not acceptable. NO BID WILL BE CONSIDERED IF NOT ACCOMPANIED BY SUCH BOND, OR IF NOT IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF W.S. 15-1-113. The City of Laramie seeks to integrate energy efficiency practices into all aspects of day- to-day operations, from capital construction specifications to staff behaviors, to ensure economic and environmental sustainability. The City encourages bidder submissions that 1) enhance the efficiency of City projects and ongoing operations, and/or 2) consider all energy types, including traditional and renewable sources. Pursuant to W.S. 16-6-101 through 16-6-107, preference is hereby given to resident contractors, materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured or grown in Wyoming, or supplied by a resident of the state, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state.
