2025 Cooper House Parking Lot Renovation project will consist of all labor, material and impertinences, including pavement and landscape restoration, grading, removal of excess material, backfill, compaction, and material for parking lot renovations, as follows Base Bid: Remove existing asphalt pavement and 6-8 subgrade, replace subgrade per specifications and install 8 of concrete pavement withjointing per design. Install new concrete aprons and curb and gutter per design drawings. Remove and replace sections of existing curb and gutter with new per design drawings. Stripe parking lot spaces per design layout. Question Deadline 04/11/2025 at 12:00 PM MT Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request to the Owner Via Online. Project Description: Including, but not limited to, all labor and materials for removal and replacement of asphalt surface and concrete curb/gutter in the Cooper House Parking Lot. The estimated project completion date is August 15, 2025.
