**As of May 15, 2025, project was awarded to Fogle Pump and Supply, Inc, awarded amount is $42,754.26. The Okanogan County Office of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids for cause. The Okanogan County Fairgrounds Well Project consists of constructing a groundwater well with an 8-inch casing and installing a 15-horsepower pump owned by the fairgrounds capable of delivering 150 GPM at 55 psi in accordance with the certificate of water right permit number G4-23526P. The existing 15-horsepower pump owned by the fairgrounds will need to be removed from the existing irrigation well and installed in the new well Project start time following sign contract between the County and the Contractor. Project must be completed by No Later Than May 31, 2025 Pursuant to RCW 39.08.010, for contracts above $5000, the contractor shall provide the County a payment and performance bond for the full amount to be in effect until 60 days after the date of final acceptance, or until receipts of all necessary release from the State Department of Revenue and the State Department of Employment Securities, and until settlement of any liens filed under Chapter 60.28 RCW, whichever is later.
