Okanogan County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms qualified and interested in providing architectural services on an on-call basis. The County will be the contracting agency for this contract and work under this contract may support Okanogan County Government purposes. Architectural services requested on an on-call basis may include providing building condition assessments, cost estimates, constructability reviews, preparation of plans and specifications, as well as other architectural services to support the design and construction of new and existing sites and structures. Additional services may be required depending on the needs of the County. There will be one qualified vendor selected. The period of performance of the contracts is for (2) years from the execution of the contract. At the sole option of the County, the contract may be extended for up to (2) years at one (1) year intervals. The County does not guarantee all disciplines of services will be used nor does the County guarantee a specific volume of work under the contract(s).
