Okanogan County Transit Authority (OCTA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified architectural andengineering (A&E) firms to provide professional services related to the planning, siting, design, project management, and development of construction documents for future OCTA facilities. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: o Site analysis and selection assistance o Master planning o Conceptual and schematic design o Design development and construction documents o Permitting support o Cost estimating o Construction administration services Interested firms must demonstrate experience with FTA-related projects for public transit or transportation facilities and knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
