Construction site is in the Rural Municipality of Victoria Beach, 103 km north of Winnipeg, on PTH #59. .1 Work under this Contract comprises, but is not limited to, the provision of all labour, materials, services, equipment and supervision necessary for the construction of a new building at 69 Arthur Road, Victoria Beach, Manitoba to accommodate the Victoria Beach Volunteer Fire Department. 2 Work covered by this contract includes but is not limited to the following items covered further in the Contract Document: 1. Site preparation 2. Erection of a pre-engineered building structure supplied by the Owner 3. New building structure (training tower). 4. Completion of building envelope, insulation, windows, doors and interior spaces 5. Mechanical, plumbing, connection of well water source, septic holding. 6. Electrical, power, communication, security and audio-visual system. 7. Civil works including grading, paving and site services alterations. Submit a Bid Bond (CCDC Form 220) with the Owner named as Obligee, issued by a bonding/surety company authorized to issue surety bonds in the Province of Manitoba in an amount of not less than ten (10) per cent of the Bid price. Submit an "Agreement to Bond" or a "Consent of Surety" stating that the bonding/surety company providing the Bid Bond will supply a 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond.
