Site work for a mixed-use development in Little Silver, New Jersey. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

Work shall consist of the following approximate quantities: 17,400 SY of regrading, topsoiling and sodding for two (2) little league baseball fields, with other miscellaneous related work items including drainage system installation. Per the owner, this project will rebid. A timeline for bidding has not yet been established. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for ten percent of the amount of the bid, not to exceed $20,000, drawn upon an incorporated bank or trust company, payable to the Borough of Little Silver, as guarantee that in case the contract is awarded the bidder, he will, within ten days thereafter execute such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond. Upon failure to do so, he shall forfeit the deposit as a partial satisfaction of liquidated damages and the acceptance of the bid will be contingent upon fulfillment of this requirement by the bidder. The checks of all bidders will be returned according to law. No interest shall be allowed upon any such check. The Contract shall be awarded, or all bids rejected, within sixty days from the receipt of bids or within such extensions of time as permitted by law. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any informality of any bid. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
