Ceiling and lighting replacements throughout the school and minor interior renovations. Sealed bids will be received for the contract "Lts Point Road Ceiling Replacements & Interior Renovations at Point Road School." Sealed bids are to be for an overall single prime contract covering all of the work. One original and one copy of the bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed as specified. Bid documents are available from the architect and must be procured through the Solutions Architecture website under the Bidbox tab. Bidders must register with the site to be included on the official bidder's list and ensure receipt of all addenda and clarifications. Bidders must purchase bidding documents for a non-refundable fee and may obtain paper or electronic copies. Additional charges apply for mailed or Fedex'd documents. Questions regarding bidding should be directed to the architect's office, and all technical questions must be submitted through the Bidbox portal. Bids shall be made on the forms provided and accompanied by the required bid security. Each bidder must submit a certificate of consent of surety with their bid. Bidders and listed subcontractors must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development and satisfy all other statutory, regulatory, and affirmative action requirements. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informality in bidding and will award contracts deemed most advantageous to the public interest.
