The City of Phoenix Water Services Department (WSD) utilizes conveyor belts that are designed to move screening from one point to another for disposal. Conveyor belts are used to remove screening from our pretreatment barscreens, protecting the wastewater treatment process. WSD requires a provider of conveyor parts to maintain the efficient operation of existing conveyor systems utilized in the wastewater facilities at various locations within the City of Phoenix. The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for conveyer system equipment for a eight-year contract commencing on or about May 1, 2025, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the "Effective Date" which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk's department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later.
