Project 1 Item 1: 624 T Aggregate Base Course, in place, more or less Item 2: 6,243 SY Base Repairs, in place, more or less Item 3: 6,243 SY Double Asphalt Seal Coat, in place, more or less Project 2 Item 4: 1,213 T Asphalt Binder Course 19.0mm, in place, more or less Project 3 All material must meet PA State Specification. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $885.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Clearfield Township. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of any bid proposals, to waive any informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Township.
