Renovation of a parking garage in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
1 The City of Ottawa requires the following work to be conducted: 1 Localized top surface, through slab, column and wall concrete repairs on the P1 level as specified and as directed by the Consultant. 2 Localized top surface, column and wall concrete repairs on the P2 level as specified and as directed by the Consultant. 3 Replace drains on the P1 level as specified and as directed by the Consultant. 4 Localized drive aisle and parking stalls traffic toppings repairs on the P1 and P2 levels as specified and as directed by the Consultant. 5 Upgrade the drive aisle traffic topping system on the P1 and P2 levels as specified and as indicated on the drawings. 6 The project will be phased in accordance with drawings and as directed by the Consultant. A bid deposit of ten percent (10%) of the Contract Price, in the form of an electronic bid bond, is required with this RFT Performance security will be required from the successful Bidder prior to the execution of a Contract or the issuance of a purchase order. Such performance security will be a Performance and a Labour and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price from a surety company in a form that is acceptable to the City.
