Principal Items of Work in the Project Include: Ridge Gardens Pumping Station: Furnish Material and Equipment for 45kw Generator Installation and Labor for 45kw Generator Furnish & Install Material and Electrical Equipment Light Fixture Concrete Generator Foundation Site Restoration Pump Control Panel Including New Transducers and New Motor Starters Scada Integration Including Relocating the Existing Panel and Connections to Control Panel Furnish Material and Installation Labor of Gas Service Reconnecting and Upgrade Timber Fence 4-inch Ductile Iron Pipe 4-inch Check Valves 4-inch Gate Valves 8-inch Gate Valve Meter Chamber Westervelt Pumping Station Electrical Splice Box Replacement at Westervelt Pump Station Furnish & Install Structural Steel Furnish & Install Aluminum Ladders Furnish & Install Steel Grating 4-inch Ductile Iron Pipe 4-inch Check Valves 4-inch Gate Valves 8-inch Gate Valve Meter Chamber This Contract Shall Be Completed Within 275 Calendar Days. Each Bid Must Be Made Upon the Prescribed Forms, Furnished With the Contract Drawings and Specifications, Including the Non-collusion Affidavit and Ownership Statement Compliance Form and Must Be Accompanied by a Consent of Surety and a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond of Not Less Than Ten (10%) Percent of the Amount Bid and, Not to Exceed $20,000.00. Such Checks and Bonds Shall Be Made Payable to the Owner and Will Be Held as a Guarantee That in the Event the Bid is Accepted and a Contract Awarded to the Bidder, the Contract Shall Be Duly Executed and Its Performance Properly Secured.
