Renovation of a municipal facility in Mahwah, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Law and Public Safety Institute HVAC Unit Replacement, City of Mahwah, County of Bergen, New Jersey Bidder shall submit with the bid a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to Bergen County Treasurer, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for the full amount of the bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. Electronic bid bond is acceptable, if Bidder is submitting a guarantee in the form of a cashier's check or certified check, an image of the check must be included with the bid or proposal submitted through the eprocurement platform the physical check must be submitted to the County of Bergen, Division of Purchasing, One Bergen County Plaza, 3rd Floor, Rm #370 in a sealed envelope clearly marked as part of the bid response. The Division of Purchasing shall receive the physical check no later than the deadline for receipt of bids and shall open the sealed envelope from the Bidder no earlier than the deadline for receipt of the bids. RFI Submission Deadline - Friday, April 4, 2025 at 2:00 pm All Interested respondents should check the website from now through bid opening to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq. Bidders shall comply with N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.37 and 34:11-56.38 of the "Prevailing Wage Act.
