Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in West Palm Beach, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 57,000-square-foot municipal facility.

This project funds the delivery of a third office building at the County’s Airport Center Complex located at the northwest corner of I-95 and State Road 80/Southern Boulevard in unincorporated West Palm Beach. This facility will occupy an area of the Complex that is currently undeveloped and has long been planned to support government office space needs arising from countywide growth. Planned improvements include an approximate 159,000 square foot five-story office building, a multi-level parking structure supporting approximately 185 parking spaces, surface parking spaces, landscaping, site lighting, and other ancillary site improvements to accommodate existing and emerging needs for daily governmental operations As of March 26, 2025, this project is in the conceptual phase. A prospective architect has been selected and constracts are expected to be complete upon board approval in April 2025. A construction manager is expected to be selected in the future. It is anticipated sub-bidding will commence in summer 2026 with construction starting in fall 2026. The project is included in the County's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
