This work shall consist of installing the basketball goal systems, including the concrete footers, posts, supports, backboards, rims, nets and padding. Follow manufacturers instructions for assembling components. Backboards shall be regulation-sized (72" width x 42" height) in clear acrylic. Supports shall have adjustable height actuators. The stanchion kit shall include padding for the post and bottom of backboard. Set rims a at height of ten feet. These improvements shall begin no later than June 26th, 2025 and must attain Final Completion by November 14th, 2025. The Engineer's Estimate for the proposed improvements: Base Bid Estimate: $1,152,404.66 bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty Bond for the full amount (100%) of the Bid, in favor of the City of Broadview Heights or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code, in the amount of 10% of the Bid, payable to the City of Broadview Heights.
