Blue Valley Metropolitan District is requesting quotations for its annual road grading/ maintenance work. The scope includes mobilization, grading all roads in the subdivision, application of mag chloride, import, moisture condition, place, grade & compact 1000 tons class 6 roadbase. All work is to be completed by no later than 6/15/25 with the exception of the re-grading to take place in the fall. To receive a bid form, please contact bluevalleyacres@gmail.com. Certificate of Insurance required with bid. BVMD reserves the right to add or subtract from specified quantities/ bid items to accommodate budget restraints. The contractor will be responsible for procurement of construction water legally from a source other than BVMD water.
