Reconstruction of (4) asphalt tennis courts to include demolition of existing and in place new subbase, asphalt, surfacing, striping, fencing + nets. Repair to (6) existing asphalt tennis courts to include filling of cracks, mesh membrane coating, surfacing + striping. Groundbreaking 6/2/25 Substantial Complete 8/1/25 The tennis courts that are planned to be improved are directly west of the Menomonie High School building, located at 1715 5 th Street W, in Menomonie, Wisconsin. The proposed improvements area is shown on the Test Boring Location Plan, enclosed as Figure 1 in Appendix A. The improvements project consists of constructing new tennis courts in the footprint of the existing tennis courts. It is assumed that (1) the new tennis courts will be paved with asphalt-concrete pavement with an aggregate base course, (2) the surface elevations of the new tennis courts will approximately match the surface elevations of the existing tennis courts, and (3) the new tennis courts will only be subject to foot traffic
