Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Nicholasville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Method of Receiving Bids: Bids will be received from contractors for a Total Lump Sum Amount for each Bid Package. All phases of the work shall be bid to and through the contractor submitting the proposal for each Bid Package. Bid Security in the amount of five (5) percent of each proposal submitted must accompany each Bid Package Proposal in accordance with the Form of Proposal. The successful bidder(s) must supply a 100% Performance and Payment Bond as outlined in the Project Manual. Project Description: This project consists of a new artificial turf field at East Jessamine Middle School, which will include earthwork, subdrainage and athletic equipment; a new Concessions/Restroom building which will be load bearing masonry structure with brick veneer, pre-engineered wood trusses, shingle roofing; and new Site elements. Major systems include Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical.
