The RDNO is seeking Tenders from qualified, experienced companies to complete Work associated with upgrades at the Armstrong/Spallumcheen Diversion and Disposal Facility. The Work will be constructed at the Armstrong/Spallumcheen Diversion and Disposal Facility at 3367 Powerhouse Road, Armstrong, British Columbia, V0E 1B8 From General Requirements and Specifications (Appendix B), the Work includes (but is not limited to): 1. Mobilization and Demobilization, including Traffic Control and Site Access Plan; 2. Survey; 3. Clearing and grubbing; 4. Earthworks including but not limited to soil stripping, general excavation, overexcavation, filling, grading, subgrading, and stockpiling; 5. Decommissioning of monitoring wells and waterlines; 6. Removal of irrigation, existing fences, and gates; 7. Removal of existing guardrails, curb stops, and jersey barriers; 8. Demolition of existing septic tank, bin pads, scale (provisional), scale foundation, attendant office (provisional), attendant office foundation, and shop building (provisional); 9. Deconstruction of existing lock block walls; 10. Supply and installation of attendant building with foundation, including weeping tile and rock pit, stairs, equipment shed; 11. Supply and installation of concrete bin pads for the retaining wall and compactor bins; 12. Supply and Installation of a new lock block wall and accessories; 13. Excavation and construction of surface water control ditches and culvert; 14. Installation of water service, water mains and utility hydrants; 15. Supply and installation of wastewater holding tank, fence, jersey barriers, drainpipes, guardrails, curb stops and double swing gates at proposed locations; 16. Supply and installation of granular base and sub-base materials; 17. Supply and installation of gravel and asphalt surfaces; 18. Topsoil placement and hydraulic seeding; and 19.
