Spartanburg School District Two (hereinafter, "the District") invites all qualified providers to submit sealed proposals for the acquisition of Seal Coating, complying with the enclosed description and/or specifications and conditions for this solicitation. Spartanburg County School District 2 is located in the northwestern part of Spartanburg County, and includes the Town of Chesnee and the communities of Boiling Springs, Fingerville, and Mayo. A small portion of the District is located in Cherokee County. The District encompasses a land area of approximately 134 square miles. The District is made up of 2 high schools, 3 middle schools, and 9 elementary schools. The District currently has an annual budget of over $104 million, and over 11,000 students including pre-K, and employs approximately 1,250 employees. It is the intent of Spartanburg School District 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "District") to solicit bids for Sealcoating and restriping at two (2) schools - Boiling Springs Middle School and Chesnee High School. This solicitation does not commit Spartanburg School District 2 to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in preparation of a bid, or to procure any services that may be oered. These jobs will be turn-key to include all prep, cleaning, crack-fill/repair, and application per specified manufacturer's recommendations.
